If for some reason you have trouble with this - you can also track individual items by entering the tracking number from your shipping update emails and pasting it into Parcels App Tracking

As mentioned on our product pages and in your order confirmation emails, our curated collection of items ship from our supplier's warehouses from around the world. Each supplier has its own processing and shipping times, which means orders often arrive in separate packages over a 2-4 week period.
