If you are looking for an update on the whereabouts of items from your order, we encourage you to use our Order Tracking tool to stay updated on the status of your shipment. Simply visit theneutralnewborn.ca/apps/order-tracking and enter your tracking information for the latest updates. If for some reason you have trouble with this - you can also track individual items by entering the tracking number from your shipping update emails and pasting it into Parcels App Tracking. 

As mentioned on our product pages and in your order confirmation emails, our curated collection of items ship from our supplier's warehouses from around the world. Each supplier has its own processing and shipping times, which means orders often arrive in separate packages over a 2-4 week period.
