Shipment Processing and Lead Times

Please note that the majority of our items ship directly from the our supplier's warehouses around the world. If you order multiple items, there may be different arrival dates for each item. Since each item and manufacturer will have different shipping and lead times. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can keep up to date on its location and arrival date. Please note that orders with multiple items may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates. Our current lead time on products varies from 2-5 weeks.

We always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible!

FEES & CHARGES

Please be advised that fees and charges on all items can be subject to change.

Shipment Locations

The Neutral Newborn ships to addresses within Canada and the United States. (we do not ship to P.O boxes)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Neutral Newborn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

The Neutral Newborn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
